ViaGet is a travel services comparator. It does not sell flights, hotels or experiences directly: the transaction happens exclusively on the selected partner's website.
Commercial affiliations
ViaGet S.r.l.s. (in formation) operates as a travel services comparator. It receives commissions from the following affiliate partners whenever a user completes a booking through the links provided in the app:
- Aviasales (Travelpayouts)
- Kiwi.com (via Travelpayouts)
- Booking.com (via Awin)
- Hotellook (Travelpayouts)
- GetYourGuide
- Tiqets
These affiliations do not affect the prices shown in any way: users pay the same price they would pay when accessing the partner directly.
Identity of the seller
ViaGet is not the seller of the services offered. The purchase transaction takes place exclusively on the selected partner's website, which is the merchant of record and is responsible for the final price, the sale terms, post-sale customer service and refunds.
Consumer rights
To exercise the right of withdrawal or to file complaints related to the purchased product, the user must contact directly the partner where the booking was completed. For technical issues with the ViaGet app, please use the Contact form in the Profile section, or alternatively the Support page.
Regulatory compliance
ViaGet operates in compliance with:
- the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, in particular articles 21–22 on commercial practices);
- EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices (UCPD);
- the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065);
- the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
